Parkinson’s Research Advocacy Group

We are an international group of advocates for Parkinson’s Disease (PD) Research. Our aim is to influence the PD research agenda and bridge the gaps between the various PD communities. Each of us has been an advocate for PD in our communities for a number of years and we have decided to come together to strengthen our ability to enact change. We are committed to making PD research more relevant to the needs of the nearly seven million people living with the disease worldwide, as well as the millions who have yet to be diagnosed.

By promoting dialogue and interactions in the field of research, we aim to bring the PD communities closer together. We want PwP to be able to make more informed decisions about their future while making researchers more aware of the needs of PwP.
